Here we bring you the latest news on the things happening in the holiday resorts of Magaluf and Palmanova both situated in Calvia on the wonderful Island of Mallorca.

Hello to all! Its official..the Magalluf summer is in full swing!
So whats happening in Magalluf and surroundings in 2010….!
Its August in Magalluf and this is the month of the summer heat, parties and a great atmosphere!
Magaluf at its best. Dj’s such as Tiesto, Laidback Luke are visiting BCM to give you a fantastic night out make sure to check the BCM website for dates. The MCP clubs are on full power to ensure you a true clubbing experience, get your 5 in one stamp and enjoy different venues with diferent parties and tunes.
The beaches are full and the sea water temperature is just right, great offers on short holiday breaks…so book now while you still can and join us right here in Magalluf.
Magalluf has its first legal bar pub crawl organised by ‘Just a Great Party’.The organisers have a long time experience in the resort and know exactly where to take you on a fantastic night out, starting at Alex’s Place from there the pub crawl will take you to all the hotspots and finally will end up in one of the top clubs in town. The BCM Planet Dance is now fully open and you can now enjoy a good night of solid dance tunes or different theme nights at the BCM Millenium such as Foam, Pop Corn and Water Parties. The BCM Millenium is managed this year by the one and only Jon Besant a great DJ who has one thing in mind and that is giving you the best party night in town.
New for 2010 is the BCM Boat Party, the boat leaves every Saturday afternoon at three from the Magaluf Beach! Tickets are available from the BCM Beach Shop at the beginning of the strip!
You dont want to miss out on this boat party, it is rocking!
A new magazine is hitting the streets of Magaluf and Palmanova this year going under the name of The Guestlist Mallorca, the magazine is a one time purchase and is full of local information and offers a discount card to use in the resorts of Magalluf, Palmanova and surrounding areas. This concept has been working very well in Ibiza for years. Make sure to get your hands on a copy from one of the many selling points through out the resorts.
All the bars and clubs have opened and are slowy filling up and are ready to make sure your night out is one to be remembered, plenty of fun and games. For a full list of bars to visit during your stay please check our bar guide.
The MCP clubs are all open now and provide a goodnight out for you and your friends, One stamp gives you entrance to all 5 of the MCP nightclubs, Bananas, Boomerang, Buffalo’s, Honey’s and Tokio Joes. You can purchase your entrance stamp from any of the clubs mentioned above or from any of the little stands on the Magaluf Strip (Punta Ballena)
New for Shagalluf in 2010 is the introduction of silicone wristbands, Shagalluf has brought out two wristbands, a orange one for the workers of 2010 and a blue one for the visiting holiday maker. The 2010 Magaluf Workers wristband can be purchased in resort and the blue one can be purchased either online or at certain selling points in Magaluf. The exact date when the wristbands will go on sale will soon be announced. Make sure to purchase your’s as certain discounts wil be given to anyone wearing a Shagalluf Wristband.
If you haven’t booked your holiday just yet then get moving, Magalluf is going to be buzzing this summer and we wouldn’t want you to miss the party. If you are coming out to work make sure you pack the good spirits and a laugh as its going to be a wild one. If you need accommodation as a future Magaluf worker then check out the Playa Mar apartments (advertised on our site) as they have special deals for workers of Magaluf and Palmanova.
