DJ Winfried S.
A new generation of Dj’s has landed in the world of music. So is Winfried Scherpenzeel better known as Winfried S. Born and raised in Holland Winfried S. started his musical Dj career in 1997 in a little farm house with two other friends also active in the music scene. Completely taken by the tunes and equipment Winfried S,. knew that this is what live was about and his first steps in to the music world where set. Even though very succesfull in his early days Winfried S. had to take a slight change of direction in his line of work and music had to take a bit of a back seat. It wasn’t for long until WInfried S. came back behind the decks and carried on his promising future as a professional Dj. The winter of 2004 Winfried S. landed in Andorra famous for its fantastic ski resorts and great apres ski parties. Ready to restart his Dj career Winfried S. joined Incognity Records and started work on the Andorra Sound Project music albums. Here he fine tuned his skills and started to lean to a deeper side of house music and became known for his groovy chill out sessions. In the following four years Winfried S. spend his summers playing on the Spanish Island Mallorca. He played where ever he was asked and invited and became a household name in the bars and clubs of Magaluf including the Cream pre parties and the infamous Retro parties held at Club Xes, Bora Bora. Winfried S. still returns every winter to Andorra and joins Incognity Records to play at various bars and clubs in the ski resort. When he is not entertaining the crowds you can find him in the studio recording yet another Andorra Sound Project Album. Back for the summer 2010 in Magaluf we can all enjoy the talents of Winfried S. You either find him in one of the bars or around the BCM square mixing and playing the top tunes of tomorow.
